IPNetwork Monitor – SYSAPPL-MIB: Cisco network devices

This MIB module defines management information base objects representing applications as groups of executable files and other files installed and running on a host system.

Using the IPNetwork Monitor SNMP utility, you can track any SNMP object within the SYSAPPL-MIB. The integrated MIB browser allows you to choose a variable for monitoring, presenting all available variables with their current values and accompanying descriptions from the SYSAPPL-MIB.
