2 modules from McAfee

McAfee's two modules here don't cover its better-known endpoint antivirus product, but its Web Gateway (MWG) secure proxy appliance: MCAFEE-MWG-MIB exposes proxy traffic statistics, policy-enforcement counters, and security-event notifications from the gateway's malware/DLP scanning engine, while MCAFEE-SMI is the enterprise OID root other McAfee product MIBs (none of which appear in this batch) would register under. Recurring subject matter is web-proxy service health - throughput/connection counts as a load indicator, and malware-block/policy-violation counters as a threat-activity indicator - rather than endpoint or network-appliance hardware telemetry. If you manage a McAfee Web Gateway appliance, this is where to look for proxy load and security-event OIDs to feed into a SIEM; underlying host CPU/memory/disk health on the appliance itself would come from a standard host-resources MIB rather than from MCAFEE-MWG-MIB.
