3 modules from IRT for WORKING-GROUP-TC-MIB

IRT (Institut für Rundfunktechnik), a German broadcast-technology research institute, produced these three MIBs to manage DVB-T terrestrial television transmitter sites, including single-transmitter monitoring and shared variable-binding definitions reused across the family. Recurring subjects are transmitter-site parameters, event enable flags and priority settings, and a common OID-registration structure that other IRT transmitter MIBs build on. Come to this page if you operate a DVB-T broadcast transmitter site managed under the IRT transmitter-control framework rather than a commercial telecom vendor's product. Because IRT-TRANSMITTER-SMI-MIB is purely a structural registration module with no data objects of its own, expect the actual monitoring data to live in the companion IRT-DVBT-SINGLETRANSMITTER-MIB and IRT-COMMONVARBINDS-MIB instead.
