The single module here, IPPM-MIB, is France Telecom's implementation of the IETF IP Performance Metrics (IPPM) working group's standard framework for configuring and reporting end-to-end network performance measurements such as one-way delay and packet loss. Its data covers measurement-job configuration, the resulting metric results, and alarm/threshold objects that fire when a measured metric crosses a configured SLA boundary -- so it's about the health and output of the measurement subsystem itself, not the physical device carrying it.
