Description: Set port members to be the source ingress mirror-port. The mirror-port is the port traffic that we mirrored: 1. Mirror-ports is only existed in source switch. 2. It can be any port type, such as Ether Channel, Fast Ethernet, Gigabit Ethernet, and so forth. 3. It can be monitored in multiple remote mirror VLAN. 4. It cannot be a monitor-port, reflector-port and connected-port.
What is zyRemotePortMirrorSourceIngressMirrorPorts?
This read-write PortList sets which ports have their inbound (ingress) traffic copied onto this remote mirror VLAN, and per the description these mirror-ports exist only on the source switch and cannot double as a monitor-port, reflector-port, or connected-port. Admins use it to select exactly which switch ports' incoming traffic gets captured for remote analysis. For example, an admin troubleshooting a noisy uplink would set zyRemotePortMirrorSourceIngressMirrorPorts to include that port so its inbound traffic is mirrored to a remote analyzer.
