What is zyPortAuthenticationPortQuietPeriod?

Specifies the number of seconds the port remains in the HELD state, rejecting further authentication requests from the connected client, after a failed authentication exchange. Admins tune this to slow down repeated failed login attempts, providing basic protection against brute-force credential guessing on an 802.1x port. Setting this to 60 would make a client wait a full minute after a failed attempt before the port accepts another authentication request from it.
