What is zyErrdisableRecoveryReasonState?

This read-write value enables or disables automatic recovery for one specific error-disable reason entry, allowing or prohibiting the switch from re-activating a port shut down by that particular supported feature after the specified interval. An admin uses this to control auto-recovery on a per-reason basis, for example enabling automatic recovery from loop-guard shutdowns while requiring manual recovery for a different, more serious detection reason. For example, an admin might enable this object for the loop-guard reason entry while leaving it disabled for a security-related detection reason that should always require manual review before re-enabling the port.
