What is timeRangeStatus?

This object reports whether the time-range feature on this device is globally enabled or disabled, using the enable(1)/disable(0) values defined for TimeRangeStatus. Admins check this to confirm time-based access-control or scheduling rules are actually active before troubleshooting why a rule isn't taking effect. For example, a value of disable(0) would explain why none of the configured time ranges in zxr10TimeRangeTable are currently being enforced.
