What is tcpSndFinSegs?

This read-only, obsolete counter reports the total number of TCP segments sent with the FIN flag set, marking the device's side initiating connection closure. Admins would use it to track the rate of gracefully closed TCP connections initiated locally. For example, comparing tcpSndFinSegs against the number of active connections gives a sense of connection turnover on the device.
