Description: The total times of sending datagrams failure caused by spilled buffer.

What is tcpSendBufOver?

This read-only, obsolete counter reports the total number of times sending a TCP datagram failed because the send buffer overflowed. Admins would use it to detect a device running low on TCP send buffer capacity, though as an obsolete object it may no longer be actively maintained on current firmware. For example, a steadily climbing tcpSendBufOver count on a heavily loaded router could point to TCP send buffer exhaustion under high connection load.
