tcpAppSndRst
Module: ZXR10-TCP-MIB
OID (symbolic): ZXR10-TCP-MIB::tcpAppSndRst
OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.3902.3.68.3
Node type: OBJECT-TYPE
Type: Counter32
Access: read-only
Description: The total times of sending RST datagrams by app.
What is tcpAppSndRst?
This read-only, obsolete counter reports the total number of times a local application sent a TCP RST (reset) segment. Admins would use it to gauge how often applications on the device are aborting TCP connections rather than closing them gracefully. For example, a high tcpAppSndRst count could indicate an application repeatedly rejecting or aborting incoming connection attempts.
Examples
Walk all instances (SNMPv2c):
snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.3902.3.68.3 snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> ZXR10-TCP-MIB::tcpAppSndRst
Get a specific instance (index 1):
snmpget -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.3902.3.68.3.1 snmpget -v2c -c public <target> ZXR10-TCP-MIB::tcpAppSndRst.1
