This is the standard RowStatus control column for creating or removing a row in the IP Source Guard configuration table (note the source MIB's own DESCRIPTION text for this object, "Interface name," is a copy-paste error and doesn't actually describe this field's function). A network administrator sets this to an active/createAndGo value when applying IP Source Guard configuration to a new interface, and to destroy when removing it. For example, setting zxr10IPSourceGuardRowStatus to destroy on a given interface's entry disables and removes that interface's IP Source Guard configuration.
