What is zxr10SummerTimeDateMode?
Selects whether this rule's start/end are defined by a fixed date(1) (using zxr10SummerTimeStartDate/EndDate) or by a weekDay(2) pattern (using the week and weekday fields), such as 'second Sunday'. An admin sets this to weekDay(2) to define a DST rule the way most regions actually specify it, e.g. 'first Sunday in April'.
