What is countAlarmPeriod?
countAlarmPeriod defines how often periodic count alarms, summaries of alarm counts, are sent, measured in units of 8 minutes, with the default value 0 meaning periodic count alarms are disabled entirely. An admin sets this to a nonzero value to start receiving regular counts of alarm activity at a chosen interval, useful for trend monitoring rather than tracking each individual alarm. For example, setting countAlarmPeriod to 2 configures the EWSD to send a periodic alarm count summary roughly every 16 minutes.
