What is genCpuIndex?
This object is an index that uniquely identifies a specific CPU in the CPU utilization table. Admins use it on multi-CPU or multi-core devices to distinguish utilization statistics for each processor individually. On a device with two CPUs, index 1 would identify the first CPU's utilization row and index 2 the second.
