Description: Setting this to one will try to fix the problem if the agent has been configured with a script to call to attempt to fix problems automatically using remote snmp operations.

What is prErrFix?

This OID lets an admin trigger an automatic remediation attempt for a failed process check by setting it to 1, provided the agent's snmpd.conf defines a fix script for that process entry. It gives a remote management station a way to try restarting a stopped service via SNMP rather than requiring shell access.
