What is tpSysTimeDstRegionSelected?
This enumerated value selects a predefined DST rule region, none(0), usa(1), australia(2), europe(3), or new-Zealand(4), each with its own documented start/end weekday rule, and only takes effect when tpSysTimeDstStatus is set to predefined(1). Admins use it to apply their country's standard recurring DST schedule without manually specifying dates every year. Setting this to europe(3) makes the device automatically shift clocks on the last Sunday in March and last Sunday in October per the European DST rule.
