What is tpSysTimeDstRecurringToEnd?

This 14-byte object encodes a recurring yearly DST end rule as week/day/month/hour/minute fields, active only when tpSysTimeDstStatus is set to recurring(2), for example the third Friday in February at 3:30am is encoded as 03 05 02 03 1e. Admins pair it with tpSysTimeDstRecurringToStart to define a full custom yearly recurring DST schedule. An admin needing DST to end on the first Tuesday of May at 1:20am would encode this object as 01 02 05 01 14, matching the DESCRIPTION's own example.
