What is tpStaticARPItemStatus?
This is the row-management control column for a static ARP entry, using TPRowStatus values like active(1), createAndGo(4), or destroy(6) as described in the source, to create, activate, or remove a given IP-to-MAC binding. An administrator sets this to createAndGo(4) when adding a new static ARP entry and to destroy(6) when removing one that's no longer needed. For example, setting tpStaticARPItemStatus to destroy(6) on the entry for a decommissioned server's IP removes that static ARP binding from the switch.
