What is tpPolicyBindVlanStatus?
A TPRowStatus controlling creation and deletion of a policy-to-VLAN binding entry, following the same active/notInService/notReady/createAndGo/createAndWait/destroy semantics used elsewhere in this MIB. An admin sets createAndGo(4) to attach an existing policy to a specific VLAN.
