What is tpAclBindVlanStatus?
A TPRowStatus controlling creation and deletion of an ACL-to-VLAN binding entry, following the same active/notInService/notReady/createAndGo/createAndWait/destroy semantics used elsewhere in this MIB. An admin sets createAndGo(4) to apply an existing ACL directly to a VLAN.
