Module: TEMPUSLXUNISON-MIB
OID (symbolic): TEMPUSLXUNISON-MIB::gntpTimeMode
OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.13827.6.0.13
Node type: OBJECT-TYPE
Type: DisplayString
Access: read-only
Description: This is an ASCII string showing the time mode of operation for any optional IRIG timecode outputs or the optional front panel vacuum fluorescent display. It DOES NOT indicate the time mode of the Linux OS clock or the NTP sub-system. Both of these are ALWAYS UTC.
It can be LOCAL, GPS or UTC.
What is gntpTimeMode?
ASCII string showing the local time mode (LOCAL, GPS, or UTC) used only by optional IRIG timecode outputs or the front-panel display on this GPS unit; simpler than the CDMA version's AUTO/MANUAL split, and it does not affect the always-UTC Linux clock or NTP service.
