OID (symbolic): SIAE-PMFTP-MIB::pmFTPCompressedFile

Type: INTEGER

Description: Enable/disable the compression (zip) of the transferred files. For RMON only.
What is pmFTPCompressedFile?
This object is a read-write enumerated value (disable/enable), applicable to RMON only, that turns zip compression of the transferred file on or off. Administrators enable it to reduce transfer size and time for large RMON history exports over slow or metered links. For example, setting it to enable(2) before a readAll RMON export shrinks the resulting file the FTP server receives.
