What is manualOpActive?
A read-only value reporting whether a manual operation is currently active on the equipment. This is the top-level indicator an admin checks to see if the device currently has an outstanding manual intervention in effect, such as a technician-initiated test or override, which might explain unusual behavior. An admin troubleshooting unexpected equipment behavior would check manualOpActive first to rule out an ongoing manual operation as the cause.
