What is featureKeysLastOperationState?

This object reports the outcome or current stage of the most recent feature-key operation, such as a certificate transfer or an SNMP set of the radio/line feature map. Admins poll it after triggering a key upload or certificate download to confirm whether the operation is still in progress (downloadTransferring, downloadVerifying) or has finished with setSuccess or setFailure. For example, seeing setFailure(7) after an upload attempt tells the admin the feature-key change did not take effect and needs troubleshooting.
