This value controls the lifecycle, creation, activation, or deletion, of this row in the aggregation table via the standard SNMP RowStatus mechanism. Admins set it to active after populating the aggregable and aggregator index columns to bring a new Level-1 aggregation online, or to destroy to remove one. Setting aggrL1Rowstatus to createAndGo along with the aggregator and aggregable indexes provisions a new aggregation entry in a single SNMP set.
