What is swSDCardMgmtExecIncrement?

This read-create TruthValue controls whether the switch's current running configuration is preserved or reset before a scheduled script on the SD card executes. Per the DESCRIPTION, true(1) means the existing configuration remains valid and is not reset before the script runs, while false(2) means the configuration is reset first; an admin sets this depending on whether the script is meant to layer on top of existing settings or start from a clean state. For example, an admin running an incremental config-patch script would set this to true(1) so prior settings are not wiped out first.
