What is swSDCardMgmtExecConfigIncrement?

This read-write TruthValue controls whether the running configuration is kept or reset before the immediate (non-scheduled) script execution named by swSDCardMgmtExecConfigFilename runs. Per the DESCRIPTION, true(1) leaves the current configuration valid and unreset before the script runs, while false(2) resets it first; an admin picks the value based on whether the script should apply on top of existing config or against a clean slate. For example, an admin restoring a full baseline configuration script would set this to false(2) so old settings don't linger.
