What is rosngmplsVpnPrivateL2VpnConnectStatus?
This read-only INTEGER, active(1) or limbo(2), reports the connection status of this entry's Layer 2 VPN. An admin monitors it to confirm a Layer 2 VPN circuit (such as VPLS or a point-to-point pseudowire) is actually up and passing traffic rather than stuck in a pending state. Seeing rosngmplsVpnPrivateL2VpnConnectStatus as limbo(2) tells the admin the Layer 2 VPN connection hasn't fully established and needs investigation.
