Description: The current scheduler limit rate for the service flow in kbps. This is either the configured maximum rate or the policy's enforce rate if flow is currently under enforcement. Units are kilobits per second, with 1000 bits per kilobit.

What is rdnCtmEnforcedLimitRate?

This object reports the current scheduler rate limit, in kilobits per second, applied to this service flow, which is either its normal configured maximum rate or the reduced enforce rate if it's currently under enforcement. Admins use this to see the exact throttled speed a subscriber is currently limited to, useful when responding to a speed complaint from an enforced customer. A value of 512 would tell an admin the subscriber's flow is currently capped at 512 kbps, likely reduced from its normal configured rate due to enforcement.
