What is rcSlppVlanSlppEnable?
Enables or disables simple loop-prevention detection for this specific VLAN entry. An admin turns this on for VLANs where a Layer 2 loop would be especially disruptive (e.g. a core VLAN) while leaving less critical VLANs unmonitored.
