What is rcSlppTxVlanId?
Carries the VLAN on which the original SLPP packet was transmitted, included as a varbind in the rcnSlppLoopOnDiffVlan trap. When this differs from rcSlppRxVlanId in that trap, it tells an admin the switch received its own SLPP packet back on a different VLAN than it was sent on, indicating cross-VLAN leakage in the loop.
