What is rcSlppIncomingVlanId?
Carries the VLAN ID of the classified SLPP packet that caused a port to be shut down, included as a varbind in SLPP-related trap notifications. Lets an admin see, directly from the trap, which VLAN's loop caused the port-down event without a separate SNMP query.
