What is rcIpRipInterfaceSupply?
This read-write flag controls whether the interface sends (supplies) RIP route updates to neighbors. Engineers disable this on receive-only interfaces or management ports to prevent unintended routing changes. Enabling it causes RIP announcements to be transmitted on a regular schedule.
