What is rcIpRipInterfacePoison?

This read-write flag enables poison reverse, which advertises inaccessible routes back to the source to prevent routing loops. Engineers enable this as a best practice to speed up convergence when networks fail or disconnect. When a route becomes unreachable, poison reverse marks it as cost 16 (infinity) in updates sent back.
