What is rcIpRipInterfaceListen?
This read-write flag controls whether the interface listens for incoming RIP update messages. Engineers disable this on interfaces where RIP should not receive routes, such as when a neighboring device is misconfigured. Enabling it allows dynamic route learning from neighbors on that interface.
