Used to indicate the rip holddown timer for this interface

What is rcIpRipInterfaceHolddown?

This read-write number (0-360 seconds) specifies how long the interface waits after losing a route before accepting a new path to the same network. Engineers configure this to prevent route flapping when links bounce or have poor stability. A holddown of 180 seconds prevents a failing link from being rapidly re-used.
