What is rcNtpServerRowStatus?
This standard row-status control creates or removes an NTP server entry from the table. Admins set it to createAndGo to add a new NTP server or to destroy to remove one. For example, setting rcNtpServerRowStatus to destroy(6) removes that NTP server from the device's configured source list.
