What is rcNtpServerAccessSuccess?
This field reports the cumulative count of times this NTP server was actually selected to update the device's clock. Admins use this to confirm a configured server is actually being used successfully rather than just configured but ignored. For example, a rcNtpServerAccessSuccess counter that never increments would tell an admin this server is never actually winning selection for time updates.
