What is rcIsisCircuitAuthType?
Selects how Hello (IIH) packets are authenticated on this specific circuit: none(0) disables it, simple(1) uses a plaintext password, and hmac-md5(2) uses a cryptographic key, independent of the global area and domain authentication settings.
