Flag to indicate whether or not the address is to be advertised on this interface.

What is rcIpConfIcmpRdiscAdvFlag?

This boolean flag controls whether an IP address on an interface is advertised via ICMP Router Discovery messages to allow hosts to discover the local gateway dynamically. When enabled (true), the router advertises its presence; when disabled (false), host discovery relies on static configuration. Network administrators toggle this for gateway redundancy and host autoconfiguration.
