Description: When this value is set to true, then 0 value of Pbit is not taken as disable value. The user will be allowed to capture packets with Pbit value of 0 also. Be default it would be set to FALSE
What is rcDiagPcapFilterPbitMatchZero?
Controls whether an 802.1p priority (pBit) value of 0 is treated as a real match criterion rather than as 'filter disabled': when true, the filter can match packets whose priority is explicitly 0. It defaults to false, matching the same zero-value-disambiguation pattern used by rcDiagPcapFilterDscpMatchZero.
