Description: Used to enable/disable the mirroring feature for the entire device. This setting overrides any setting in the various mirroring tables.

What is rcDiagDiagnosticsEnable?

Deprecated master switch that, when true, enabled port mirroring across the entire device and overrode any per-table mirror settings; it defaults to false and has been superseded by per-feature enable objects like rcDiagPcapEnable.
