Description: Every 2 bitfields used to identify a port state in this STG. Port state is cataloged as non-stp(0), blocking(1), learning(2), and forwarding(3).

What is rcStgPortStpState?

A 176-octet bitfield encoding the STP state (non-STP, blocking, learning, or forwarding) of every port in this Spanning Tree Group, two bits per port. Admins read this to get a bulk snapshot of every port's spanning-tree state in the STG without polling each port individually.
