Description: The amount of time between the transmission of Configuration bridge PDUs by this node on any port when it is the root of the spanning tree or trying to become so, in units of hundredths of a second. This is the actual value that this bridge is currently using.
What is rcStgHelloTime?
The actual Hello Time value, in hundredths of a second, this bridge is currently using for this Spanning Tree Group when transmitting Configuration BPDUs as (or while trying to become) the root. Admins compare this to rcStgBridgeHelloTime to see whether the effective interval matches the locally configured root value.
