What is rcBridgeStaticVlanId?
The VLAN ID (1-4094) associated with this static forwarding entry, part of the table's index alongside the MAC address and port; the source DESCRIPTION is blank but the field's role mirrors the VLAN ID column in the device's other forwarding tables. Admins use this to scope a static MAC/port mapping to a specific VLAN when the same MAC could otherwise appear on multiple VLANs.
