What is rc2kAtmPvcServiceType?
This selects the ATM traffic contract class for the PVC: ubr(1) for unspecified bit rate (best-effort, no rate guarantee) or vbr(2) for variable bit rate, defaulting to ubr. An admin selects vbr when the traffic needs a guaranteed rate profile enforced via the peak/sustained cell rate settings.
