What is raisecomFanSpeedTemperatureScale?

This read-write Unsigned32 value (45 to 75) sets the temperature threshold, in degrees, that triggers the device to use the corresponding fan speed level, indexed by raisecomFanSpeedLevelIndex. Admins tune these per-level thresholds to control at what temperatures the automatic fan speed adjustment escalates cooling, balancing noise against thermal safety. For example, an admin might set level 3's threshold to 65 so the fans ramp up once internal temperature crosses 65 degrees.
