What is raisecomFanMonitorMode?

This read-write integer selects how the device's fan speed is governed, either enforce(1) for manual control or auto(2) for automatic adjustment. It matters operationally because in enforce mode the admin is responsible for setting a fixed speed via raisecomFanMonitorSpdLevel, while in auto mode the switch adjusts fan speed itself based on measured temperature. For example, a technician troubleshooting excessive fan noise in a quiet closet might set this object to enforce(1) and then fix the speed to a lower level.
