What is prvtOspfNbrState?
This reports the current state of the adjacency with this neighbor in the OSPF state machine: down, attempt, init, twoWay, exchangeStart, exchange, loading, or full. Only full means the two routers have fully synchronized link-state databases; anything stuck below full for an extended time usually indicates an adjacency-forming problem worth investigating.
